-282- WHEREAS, on April I0, 2003, the Developer submitted plans for a revision to the final plat approved on July 23, 2002, that would eliminate Lots 1-13, Block 3; and WHEREAS, the proposed revised final plat was submitted to the City Council for review on April 22, 2003. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby rescinds Resolution #02-07-174 to grant final plat approval to Sunflower Ridge; containing a total of 59 lots. 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the proposed revision and grants final plat approval of Sunflower Ridge, containing 46 lots, in accordance with relevant City Codes. 3) That the final plat approval is contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 19, 2002. 4) That the final plat approval is contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City for the development of the Subject Property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of April, 2003.
