CAS ; # 11 <br /> <br />CONSIDER CHANGES TO MUNICAPL STATE AID SYSTEM <br /> By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City must make changes to this Municipal State Aid System (MSAS) prior to May 1, 2003 <br />to be eligible for receiving needs consideration for the next fiscal year. Additionally, several <br />streets within the Ramsey Town Center would become eligible to be constructed with state aid <br />funds once they have been added to the MSAS. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />At their April 15th, 2003 meeting the Public Works Committee reviewed and recommended the <br />proposed changes attached to this case. <br /> <br />Attached to this case is an illustration of changes propOsed to the City's MSAS for 2003. These <br />changes add 2.73 miles to its system which include Sunwood Drive and two additional <br /> <br />North/South collector streets within the proposed Town Center. <br />Action: l04-~ <br />Motion to adopt attached Resolution # 03-04-XXX modifying the City MSAS. <br /> <br />CC: 04/22/03 <br /> <br />-283- <br /> <br /> <br />
