6. That no combustible storage shall be allowed within the Structure. <br />7. That the existing 320 square foot accessory structure shall be removed by April 13tH, <br />2011. <br />8. That the existing 114 square foot accessory structure shall be modified to the approval of <br />the Building Official by April 13th, 2011. <br />9. That the Permittee shall deposit $2,000 in escrow or letter of credit to ensure Items #7 <br />and #8 of this Permit are completed. <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />11. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />12.
