5.14 Adopt Resolution #10-OS-109 Authorizing Payment of Pay Application No. 1 for the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center Remodel <br />5.15 Adopt Resolution #10-OS-110 Proclaiming Public Works Week <br />5.16 Report from Public Works Committee <br />a. Consider City Involvement in Maintenance of St. Francis Blvd. Service Road - <br />Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to ask EDA to look at <br />the WCCO tower being moved, and discuss utilizing TIF and MSA funds, and to <br />include possible assessment to the property owners to rebuild the roadway <br />contingent upon receiving an easement from property owners at no cost. <br />b. Consider Formal Dedication for the Ramsey Lion's Contribution for Central <br />Park's Pavilion -Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and <br />hold a joint meeting with the Park and Recreation Commission on June 10, 2010 <br />for the purpose of a formal dedication, and approval of up to $500 from the <br />Lawful Gambling Fund for the funding for the plaque for the Ramsey Lion's <br />contribution for Central Park's Pavilion. <br />c. .Summary for 2009 - 2010 Snow Removal Season - No decision made; <br />information only. <br />d. Update on 1615 Avenue & Armstrong Blvd Pedestrian Crossing - No action <br />taken. <br />e. Update of IP 09-24 Dysprosium Street Feasibility Study -Ratify the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee to agree with the policy and <br />approve the feasibility study dated Apri12010. <br />f. Consider Overnight Parking in Parking Ramp Policy -Ratify the recommendation <br />of the Public Works Committee to not prepare a formal policy at this time, but to <br />let the Police Department determine where the best spot was for the parking and <br />-monitor the requests, that 48 hours was a reasonable time for not having a <br />permit, to put an article in the newsletter, and to remove the overnight parking <br />signs (if there was one) and replace it with a new sign. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Jeffrey, Dehen, McGlone, <br />and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />None. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consider Authorization of Improvement Project #09-25 Dysprosium Street <br />Improvements <br />Public Works Director Olson reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Jeffrey asked if any comments from the public had been received after the <br />public heazing. <br />City Council /May 11, 2010 <br />Page 4 of 11 <br />
