Public Works Director Olson responded staff had not received any further comments from the public. He summarized the timeline for the project. Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution 10- 05-111 ordering Improvement Project #09-25. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Jeffrey, Dehen, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. 7.02: Consider Municipal Consent for the Anoka County Intersection Reconstruction Project 0206-64, TH 47 and County Road 27 Public Works Director Olson reviewed the staff report. Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to approve municipal consent for Anoka County Project 0206-64, TH 47 and County Road 27 intersection reconstruction, and authorize staff to sign the plans for such. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Lbok, Dehen, Jeffrey, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. 7.03: Consider Use of City Property Located at 16600 St. Francis Boulevard Public Works Director Olson reviewed the staff report. Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Mayor Ramsey, to authorize staff to remove the house from the property located at 16600 St. Francis Boulevard. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. 7.04: Introduce Ordinance Amending Chapter 105, Building and Building Regulations, of the Ramsey City Code Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report. Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Mayor Ramsey, to introduce an Ordinance to amend Chapter 105 of the City Code. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Dehen, Jeffrey, McGlone, and Wise.. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig.
