The County agrees tq conduct a public process and to obtain input of the subject landowner prior <br />to making a formal request to the Metropolitan Council for an adjustment of the Master Plan <br />boundary of the Park. <br /> <br />LThe County will only pursue acquisition of the subject parcel at such time as: <br /> <br />""-the landowner is a willing seller; and <br /> <br />La certified appraisal has been completed; and <br /> <br />~the county and landowner have mutually agreed to an acceptable sale price; and <br /> <br />Lthe Metropolitan Council has approved a Master Plan amendment incorporating the <br />boundary change; and <br /> <br />;he. funding has been secured by the county for the property acquisition. <br /> <br />4. The City will maintain the current land use designation of the ,S,subject Parcelproperty as <br />"resiaontialRural Developing" in the Comprehensive Plan and maintain the "R-I Residential <br />(Rural Developing) zoning in iIG fHtHl'e lana IIse guiae planon the City's Official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />5. The City agrees to add language to the Parks and Recreation section of #s-theComprehensive <br />Plan referencing the possible future addition of the ,S,subject Eparcel to the Park as a planned in- <br />holding. <br /> <br />6. The City agrees to oftieially eHangeconsider the guided zoning designation of the subject <br />property in its Comprehensive Plan to "Park and Open Space" at such time as ,he Master PlaH for <br />the Park is allleflaeathe parcel is acquired bv the Countv and the Master Plan has been <br />~mended!rtl!;ll to ofticiallv include the Subiect Parcel as a future acquisition. <br /> <br />COOPERATION AND EXECUTION OF THE DOCUMENT <br /> <br />The County and City agree to work together to ensure that the above conditions are followed in an effort <br />to resolve the issue of maintaining congruence between the County's, City's, and Metropolitan Council's <br />comprehensive land use plans. <br /> <br />Signatures below <br />
