<br />Article XVIII <br /> <br />Health Insurance <br /> <br />Section 18.1 <br /> <br />Effective July 1,2010, the employer contribution for 2010 is <br />indicated in the table below. Savings realized by making the City's <br />2010 health insurance contribution increase effective July 1,2010 <br />rather than January 1,2010 will be divided equally among the nine <br />LELS members who are not eligible for a step increase in 2010. <br />The health insurance contribution savings will be paid as a non- <br />base lump sum on the employee's anniversary date. <br /> <br />The employer contributions reflected below are effective July 1,2010.
