<br />The following information regarding the transit service to be provided under this agreement is <br />available upon request from the RFP Administrator: <br /> <br />· historical ridership data and projected passenger loads <br />· service area information <br />· estimated passenger fares for the service <br />· the Council's most current Fare Policy along with practices, procedures, terms and conditions <br />with regard to matters such as passes, tickets, coupons, tokens, transfers, and the like <br /> <br />Failure to follow these instructions and requirements may result in the rejection or disrating of <br />the proposal. The City is not responsible for any costs incurred by prospective proposers <br />(Proposers) in the preparation and presentation of their proposals. <br /> <br />2. City Rights <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP in writing or postpone the date and time for <br />submitting proposals at any time prior to the proposal due date. No Proposer shall have a right to <br />make a claim against the City in the event the City accepts a proposal or does not accept any or <br />all proposals. Background <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has operated the Ramsey Star Express since January 22,2007.
