Vehicles and Fleet Management: <br /> <br />Provide the following information regarding the Proposer's vehicle and fleet management <br />for the project: <br />written maintenance procedures and demonstration of the ability to ensure <br />compliance with contract requirements including the ability to provide scheduled <br />preventive maintenance service and vehicle repairs; <br /> <br />demonstration of the ability to provide vehicle maintenance record-keeping; <br />the Proposer's pre-trip vehicle inspection policy and evidence that the policy is <br />adhered to; <br /> <br />the Proposer's plan to keep vehicles clean on a daily basis; <br /> <br />the Proposer's three-year accident and safety record; and <br />a list of the organizations that may be utilized for outsourcing maintenance work <br />and a description of what type(s) of maintenance the Proposer typically <br />outsources. <br /> <br />10. Staffing and Administration: <br /> <br />Provide a description of the following matters with respect to the Proposer's staffing and <br />administration for the project: <br />- proposed organizational and operational structure for this project; <br />- staff responsibilities; <br />- computer systems administration and applications experience; <br />- personnel practices and employee relations including: <br />- starting driver wage rate and wage range plus shift differential incentives if <br />any <br />turnover ratio <br />full time/part time driver ratio <br />benefits package <br />hiring practices, procedures and pre-screening <br />- organizational structure; <br />- the Proposer's licensing or the ability to obtain it to provide the transportation <br />serVIces; <br />- the Proposer's established and effective record-keeping and accounting practices; <br />- street supervision and oversight of daily operations performance; <br />- proposed methods for collecting and accounting for fares; <br />- the Proposer's risk management practices; <br />- the Proposer's accident and safety record for the period of three years preceding the <br />date of this RFP; <br />- the Proposer's established behind-the-wheel training and customer service curricula <br />and experience in training drivers and other transportation staff in those curricula, <br />including a copy of the Proposer's operator training manual; and <br />- the Proposer's proactive approach to safety, as well as reactive response to safety <br />Issues. <br /> <br />11.
