<br />6 miles <br /> <br />The Eligible Service Miles for the applicable month are based on the number of weekdays, <br />Saturdays, and Sunday/Holidays in the month applied to the table in paragraph (a) of this section. <br /> <br />For example, if the Average Fuel Cost for January 2011 is less than 300 cents per gallon, the <br />credit for January 2011 will be equal to 1 gallon per 6 miles, times the Contractor's Eligible <br />Service Miles for January 2011, times the difference between 300 cents per gallon and the <br />Average Fuel Cost for January 2011. <br /> <br />d) Payment of Surcharges and Credits. Any applicable surcharge or credit under this <br />section shall be calculated by the City after the end of the applicable calendar month and shall be <br />reported in writing to the Contractor. The Contractor shall separately itemize any surcharge or <br />credit, as reported by the City, on the Contractor's invoice submitted in the month following the <br />City's report, along with its regular request for payment for services under this agreement. The <br />City shall add or deduct, as the case may be, any such surcharge or credit to the amount owed by <br />the Contractor under this agreement when making payment on the Contractor's invoice. <br /> <br />22 <br />
