Councilmember Look stated he was hesitant about applying for the LCA because of the <br />inflexibility of the Met Council. He asked how much had been spent in obtaining the LCA <br />funding. <br />Finance Director Lund responded she did not have that information with her, but would get it to <br />the Council. <br />Councilmember Wise stated he also did not want to be "handcuffed" by the Met Council. <br />It was the Council's consensus to apply for the LCA. <br />3) Accessory Structures Standards <br />Planning Manager Millerxeviewed the staff's report. <br />Councilmember McGlone suggested staff use the wording "like-kind, and quality". <br />It was Council's consensus to have a variance for the front yard and increase the size of <br />accessory structures. <br />4) 2009 CAFR & Management Report <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff's report. <br />Aaron Nielson, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., summarized the Management <br />Report. <br />', MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />',ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:57 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />K is G.
