In addition, the City Council, per the request of the <br />City of Anoka, passed a resolution asking assistance from the League of Minnesota Cities to help review <br />the impact of the proposed rules. Attached to the Staff Update is a map depicting the areas impacted by the Shoreland Overlay <br />District and the approved Resolution by City Council <br />Accessory Structure Standards. City Council directed City Staff to.begin drafting an ordinance to <br />allow for additional accessory structure space but limiting when metal panels (pole bams) are allowed. A <br />draft ordinance will be forwarded to the Planning Commission in the near future. <br />Update on Comprehensive Plan. City. Staff continues to work with the Anoka County Parks <br />Department, Metropolitan Council, and the Property Owner at 18055 Roanoke St NW regarding the City <br />Council action to not include said `in -holding parcel' to RSun River Central Park guided as Future Park. <br />City Staff reviewed a proposed Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Anoka County to <br />establish the City's desire to have the parcel remain as Rural Developing, without overlay districts <br />encumbering the parcel, and document the various plans approved to date regarding the future of Rum <br />River Central Park.
