Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />2010 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH LELS-SERGEANTS <br />WHEREAS, the City and LELS-Sergeants have been negotiating the ternis of a one-year <br />labor agreement; and <br />WIIEREAS, the City and LELS-Sergeants have reached tentative agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to authorize the terms of a one-year <br />agreement for 2010, between the City of Ramsey and LELS-Sergeants as outlined in the <br />Addendum A, which is attached. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22"d day of June, 20l 0. <br />
