ADDENDUM A TO RESOLUTION # , A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH LELS-SERGEANTS Article XXIV Duration: One-year / 2010 Appendix XX11 Salaries: 2010-0% COLA with step increases for those who are eligible. Employees will be compensated at one and one-halfsl %) times the Fmployee's re ulg ar base this ARTICLE. Alternatively as of January 1 2010 Employees may elect to take compensatory time off in lieu of receiving overtime compensation. All administrative protocols apply as per the respective Memorandum of Understanding included with the full labor agreement. All other provisions of Article XX shall apply normally.
