CC# S~C~~i <br />INTRODUCE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES, AND <br />SERVICE CHARGES, TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Mick Kaehler, Building Official <br />Background: <br />As members of the City Council are aware, the City is in the process of establishing an electrical <br />inspections program. Part of this process, as per 526.28 (Fees), requires adopting an ordinance <br />for permit fees and service charges that will be collected by the City. <br />Council Action: <br />Make a motion introducing Ordinance #10-XX to amend Ordinance # 09-16 to include services <br />for electrical inspection in Chapter 105 of the City Code, Buildings and Building Regulations. <br />Reviewed by: _ <br />City Administrator: <br />CC: 07/13/10 <br />
