ORDINANCE # <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES, AND SERVICE <br />CHARGES, TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br />Per 526.28 (Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, and service <br />Charges, that will be collected by the City in year 2010. This document will be added to the <br />document known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />SECTION 3. SCHEDULE <br />The attached Electrical permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2010. <br />SECTION 4.
