Case # <br />REVIEW STATUS OF PUBLIC RELATIONS EFFORT AND NEW BRAND ROLL-OUT <br />FOR DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, HRA Execufive Director <br />Background: <br />At the June 15`" Meeting of the HRA, a contract was authorized with Himle Horner for public <br />relations assistance regarding the new brand roll-out and announcements associated with <br />progress in the development. Since that time, staff has been working with Himle Horner to <br />develop the plan for rolling out the new brand, messaging around that effort, and announcements <br />associated with successes in the project. The intent is to roll out the new brand the morning of <br />July 14t" with a press release that will go to media outlets in the area, with further promotion at <br />the August St" event at the Amphitheater. Chuck Tombarge with Himle Horner will be present to <br />review the roll-our materials with the H12A. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends reviewing roll-out materials with staff and Himle Horner. <br />HRA Action: <br />No action required, review roll-out materials with staff and Himle Horner. <br />HRA: 07.13.10 <br />
