Case # <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION. #10-07-_ APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SEATING <br />FOR THE NEW MID-SIZE CONFERENCE ROOM <br />By: Jessica L. Hendricks, Management Intern <br />Background: <br />Construction for the Ramsey Municipal Center Build Out began on March 30, 2010. The project <br />was completed on July 19, 2010. At the June 1 ~ 2010 Work Session, staff presented quotes from <br />three (3) furniture companies. At that time, City Council approved the purchase of furniture for <br />the new mid-sized conference room that resulted from the Ramsey Municipal Center remodel. <br />However, City Council directed staff to fi~rther research seating for the room. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />After researching the possibility of used chairs, staff recommends purchasing new chairs from <br />Intereum. <br />Council Action: <br />Authorize Resolution No. 10-07-XXX, Approving the Purchase of Seating for the New Mid- <br />Sized Conference Room. <br />Reviewed by: <br />Deputy City Administrat ~f ire Community De opment <br />City Administrator: <br />CC: 07/27/2010 <br />
