Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-07-XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SEATING FOR THE NEW MID- <br />SIZE CONFERENCE ROOM <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the contract for the remodel of the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center on March 23, 2010; <br />WHEREAS, construction was completed on July 19, 2010, <br />WHEREAS, staff contacted three (3) furniture companies for quotes on furnishing the <br />new conference room, and <br />WHEREAS, Intereum submitted the lowest quote for seating for the conference room. <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey approves the purchase of seating for the new mid- <br />sized conference room from Intereum. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ,and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 270' day of July, 2010. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
