cc#~•~1 <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES, AND SERVICE <br />CHARGES, TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Mick Kaehler, Building Official <br />Background: <br />As members of the City Council are aware, the City is in the process of establishing an electrical <br />inspections program. Part of this process, as per 526.28 (Fees), requires adopting an ordinance <br />for permit fees and service charges that will be collected by the City. <br />Recommendation: <br />The City Council introduced the proposed ordinance on July 13, 2010. In accordance with the <br />City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br />Commission Action: <br />Motion by to waive the reading of Ordinance # 10-_ per City Charter and Motion to adopt <br />Ordinance #10- amend Chapter 105 of the City Code, Buildings and Building Regulations, as <br />drafted. <br />Roll Call Vote: Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeff Wise <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />or <br />Motion to deny Ordinance #10-_. <br />
