2. The County agrees to conduct a public process and to obtain input of the owner of the sSubject <br />'°~,~=~:er-Parcel prior to making a formal request to the Metropolitan Council for an adjustment <br />of the Master plan boundary of the Park. <br />3_The County will only pursue acquisition of the subject parcel at such time as: <br />a_the landowner is a willing seller; and <br />b_a certified appraisal has been completed; and <br />c_the county and landowner have mutually agreed to <br />d_the Metropolitan Council has approved a <br />boundary change; and <br />3.e. funding has been secured by the <br />sale price; and <br />incorporating the <br />as <br />6.
