The soil borings indicate a clay liner and sand down 2 feet from the water table <br />at + -855. After investigating the actual soil conditions we are finding a highly organic un- <br />compactable material down.to+ -845. <br />W. Gohman Construction, Sauter and Sons and Blake Dewatering have developed a plan to <br />execute the soil corrections, dewatering and common borrow to compact at the separate <br />locations to build the concrete foundations. The dewatering proposal is currently planned for <br />1 month and if removed sooner a credit will be applied. <br />Excavation and Common Borrow Platform A $ 6,000.00 <br />Excavation and Common Borrow Platform B $ 6,000.00 <br />Excavation and Common Borrow Platform C $ 2,000.00 (Already Completed) <br />Excavation and Common Borrow 60' Bridge Foundation: $ 6,000.00 <br />Blake Dewatering 1 Month : $ 31,188.00 <br />Fuel and Maintenance 1 Month: $ 5,000.00 <br />Temp Road to Execute the Dewatering : $ 3,000.00 <br />Supervision : $ 5,000.00 <br />Profit and Overhead : $ 3,210.00 <br />Total Change Add: $ 67,398.00 <br />Thank you, <br />W.
