I should
be in most of this week, so please give me a call to discuss.
Regarding this plat, it wasn't clear to me whether any variances from your ordinance were being requested, but given
the unique topography of this site, which hides the building from river sight lines, I don't have any major concerns . I
would like to see as many of the oak trees saved as possible, and bluff stabilization will be important.
Regards,
Kate Drewry
North Metro Area Hydrologist
DNR Division of Waters
1200 Warner Road
St. Paul, MN 55106
Phone: 651-259-5753
Fax: 651-772-7977
kate.drewrv(Estate.mn.us
www.mndnr.gov
From: Tim Gladhill[mailto:tgladhill@ci.ramsey.mn.us]
Sent: Wednesday, July 07, 2010 8:23 AM
To: Drewry, Kate (DNR)
Cc: RA Planning Division
Subject: City of Ramsey Minor Plat and Sketch Plan
Hi Kate,
Attached you will find copies of a Minor Plat (RIVERS BEND BLUFFS) and Site Plan (Transformation House) for a high
density residential development located in the Wild and Scenic Overlay District.
