RALF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: . Appraisal Process on RALF Projects I Coordinate work of The Tinklenberg Group - Currently we have two pending acquisitions that should come to a close in the next 60 days. There is considerable coordination required for these acquisitions and the associated close-out of those transactions that this position would manage. . . Property Management - On-going management of RALF properties once acquired, managing lease agreements, maintaining property files, managing leases and marketing. COMMUNICATIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION: . General inquirles- Need to answer property tax related questions and run tax and TIF estimates for industrial projects. . Chamber article done twice a year doing a business update. . Business Spotlight articles - This is done for every Ramsey Resident. Staff selects an interesting business, interviews them, and promos their business in the Ramsey Resident. . Business Spotlight QCTV - Staff works with Matt Perkins (QCTV) on video visits to some Ramsey Businesses (Depot Star, MN Waterjet-examples of business spotlights done in past). . Village Bank Network Group -Great Ramsey networking group to meet with monthly, provide updates on development and opportunities in the city. . EDA Website - Update listings as brokers provide new information, verify listings periodically. Update MNPRO site and listing information as needed. (minimum twice a year and when the most current tax info is available.) . Starlite System- Anoka County. Staff needs to be familiar with this system and utilize it for property information in the city. . Current Business List - This list requires updating and verification; it is used to create a mailing list for the Business Expo and the Business Appreciation day event. . EDA Map Update - map of blighted properties that should be looked at for purchase from willing sellers for redevelopment.
