<br />RALF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: <br /> <br />. Appraisal Process on RALF Projects I Coordinate work of The Tinklenberg Group - Currently <br />we have two pending acquisitions that should come to a close in the next 60 days. There is <br />considerable coordination required for these acquisitions and the associated close-out of those <br />transactions that this position would manage. <br />. . Property Management - On-going management of RALF properties once acquired, managing <br />lease agreements, maintaining property files, managing leases and marketing. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />. General inquirles- Need to answer property tax related questions and run tax and TIF estimates <br />for industrial projects. <br />. Chamber article done twice a year doing a business update. <br />. Business Spotlight articles - This is done for every Ramsey Resident. Staff selects an interesting <br />business, interviews them, and promos their business in the Ramsey Resident. <br />. Business Spotlight QCTV - Staff works with Matt Perkins (QCTV) on video visits to some Ramsey <br />Businesses (Depot Star, MN Waterjet-examples of business spotlights done in past). <br />. Village Bank Network Group -Great Ramsey networking group to meet with monthly, provide <br />updates on development and opportunities in the city. <br />. EDA Website - Update listings as brokers provide new information, verify listings periodically. <br />Update MNPRO site and listing information as needed. (minimum twice a year and when the <br />most current tax info is available.) <br />. Starlite System- Anoka County. Staff needs to be familiar with this system and utilize it for <br />property information in the city. <br />. Current Business List - This list requires updating and verification; it is used to create a mailing <br />list for the Business Expo and the Business Appreciation day event. <br />. EDA Map Update - map of blighted properties that should be looked at for purchase from <br />willing sellers for redevelopment. <br />
