EXHIBIt a <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> SUBMISSION OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRADE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, MINNESOTA INVESTMENT FUND GRANT <br /> BY CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City ofRamsey, Anoka County <br />Minnesota, ~vill hold a hearing on Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at Fire Station <br />#1 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, to conduct a public heating on the submission and <br />filing of an application for a Minnesota Investment Fund Grant from the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic <br />Development. The grant will be used to provide a loan to Panther Precision Machine, Inc. in order to promote the <br />development of a new manufacturing facility and the creation of new employment opportunities. Citizen inquiries and <br />participation regarding the submission of the grant is encouraged.
