CASE # <br /> <br />3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Applications for renewal of the following licenses have been received and are deemed to be in <br />order: <br /> <br />Off-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor <br /> <br />#03-01 <br />#03-02 <br /> <br />Bill's Superette <br />*Oasis Market #535 <br />SuperAmerica #4508 <br /> <br />15299 St. Francis Boulevard NW <br />14550 Armstrong Boulevard NW <br />14000 St. Francis Boulevard NW <br /> <br />Staff has not yet received the paperwork to renew the license for Oasis Market, therefore, <br />the approval is coutingent upon staff receiving everything by meeting date.
