Case #5 Consider Alternative Outlets from Regional Pond in Business Park 95 Background: Consensus of the Public Works Committee was to discontinue discussions regarding the utilization of the aligmnent through the City of Anoka. Council Action: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. Case #2 Request for Feasibility Study for Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water Through County Ditch 66 Background: /'~ The Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-05-~KXX authorizing Staffto hire Bolten and Menk at a cost not to exceed $14,050 for completing a feasibility study for extending urban service to the property identified on attached map contingent upon ail costs to be reimbursed for the feasibility study. Council Action: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. Case #3: Update on Potential Projects South of City Hall Background: The Committee recommends to the City Council to schedule a public hearing for the proposed improvements, send out a copy of the updated feasibility studies for the three projects to the respective residents and initiate negotiations with the appropriate, homeowners to acquire the easements necessary to complete the projects. Council Action: Ratify the recommendation of the Committee. Case #4: Authorization to Update the Comprehensive Water Supply Plan Background: The Committee recommend to the City Council to authorize Staff to hire Bolten and Menk at a cost not to exceed $1_5,000 for completing an update to the comprehensive Water Supply Plan and direct staff to negotiate with Ramsey Town Center LLC to assist with the cost of the study.
