Available credits to the Trunk Facilities Fund fi'om Alp/ne Acres -and Alpine Acres Additfon 210 Units x $1862/lJrdts = $391,020. Summary of rank Alpine Ac, res development cosrm: Total Cost of Trunk Utilities- Available Crertits- Tnmk Costs Exceeding Project Credits- $817,780.00 $426,760,00 Based on design revisions to the trunk san/tary sewer and oversizing of the watermain, the cost oft_he trunk facilities increased from $657,789.00 for the 'Allstate Development to $817,780.00 for Alpine Acres. Due to the proposed improvements made to tlee trunk facilities in Alpine Acres, we would request that the C!~y pay for the increased trunk cost of $159,991.00 in addition to the $150,000.00 previously committed to be paid with the Allstate Development proposal. In addition, we would request that the trunk fees generamd from furore development within this area ~mtit January 1,2010 be passed through to Oak Creek Builders, As supporting information, the cost breakdowns, preliminary utility ptar~s, camprehensive sewer plan layouts, and comparison of sewer hnprovements between Allstate Development and Alpine Acres are included for your review.
