Due to the proposed improvements made to tlee trunk facilities in Alpine <br />Acres, we would request that the C!~y pay for the increased trunk cost of $159,991.00 in addition <br />to the $150,000.00 previously committed to be paid with the Allstate Development proposal. In <br />addition, we would request that the trunk fees generamd from furore development within this <br />area ~mtit January 1,2010 be passed through to Oak Creek Builders, <br /> <br />As supporting information, the cost breakdowns, preliminary utility ptar~s, camprehensive sewer <br />plan layouts, and comparison of sewer hnprovements between Allstate Development and Alpine <br />Acres are included for your review. <br /> <br />Please review this request and call with a~.y questions.
