I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />8.0 <br /> <br />9.0 <br /> <br />PROJECTED PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />If the City should elect to proceed with the improvements the following schedule <br />could be anticipated: <br /> <br />1) Present feasibility study and set date of public July 23, 2002 <br /> hearing <br />2) Hold public hearing August 13, 2002- <br />3) Order plans and specifications (Following 60 day October 22, 2002 <br /> waiting period) <br />4) Pass condemnation resolution October 22, 2002 <br />5) Approve plans and specifications and-authorize bids December 171 2002 <br />6) Receive bids and award project January 28, 2003 <br />7) Finalize land acquisition (Based on negotiation) January 28, 2003 <br />8) Initiate construction April 1, 2003. <br />9) Complete construction ',June 30, 2003 <br />10) Hold Assessment August 26, 2003 <br /> <br />The above schedule is based on utilizing the Assessment .For Improvement <br />Procedures per Minnesota Statute 429. Should the City decide to fund the <br />project using alternate methods of financing, the schedule may need to be <br />modified. <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />The proposed improvements are technically feasi'ble and will benefit the area <br />served.
