Utility Funds. The final utility plan will be reviewed as part of the site plan and plat submittal. <br />A detailed drainage plan will also be reviewed as part of the site plan and plat submittals. <br />With the site plan and plat applications staff will be reviewing compliance with the standard <br />requirements for right-of-way and drainage and utility easement dedications.
