PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on August 12, 2010, <br />at the Community Garden, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission-Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Melody Shryock <br />Commissioner Shane Bennett <br />Commissioner Andrew Fyten <br />Commissioner Tom LaMere <br />Commissioner Angela Olsen <br />Vice Chair Randy Backous <br />Commissioner Bridget Barr <br />Parks Supervisor, Mark Riverblood <br />Tim Gladhill, Associate Planner <br />Chairperson Shryock called the Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Bennett, seconded by Commissioner Fyten to approve the agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Shryock, Commissioners Bennett, Fyten, Lalvlere and <br />Olsen. Voting No: None. Absent: Vice Chair Backous, Commissioner Barr. <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br />Meeting minutes for July 8, 2010 for approval tabled until the September 9, 2010 meeting. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider New Fee Structure for Residential Properties <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill reviewed the staff report and stated that staff has been <br />approached by a potential Developer in the area regazding our fee structure for residential <br />properties specifically our park dedication requirements as it relates to the Pazk Commission. <br />Park and Recreation Commission/August 12, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
