7.03: Consider Award of Contract for City Project #08-34, the Bituminous Paving of 1515 <br />and 152"d Avenues, and Fluorine Street <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve Resolution <br />#10-09-204 awarding a contract for City project #08-34, the bituminous paving of 1515 and <br />152"d Avenues, and Fluorine Street, to Rum River Contracting in the amount of $271,987.39. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers.Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />McGlone, and. Wise. Voting No: None. <br />7.04: Consider Award of Contract for the Completion of Outstanding Development <br />Obligations Associated with Sweet Bay Ridge Subdivision <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Mayor Ramsey, to award a contract to North <br />Valley, Inc., in the amount of $99,700, for the completion of all outstanding bituminous items <br />within the Sweetbay Ridge subdivision and award a contract to C.W. Houle, Inc., in the amount <br />of $58,516, for the completion of all outstanding concrete, erosion control, and utility items <br />within the Sweetbay Ridge subdivision. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />7.05: Update on City Project #09-25, Dysprosium Street Reconstruction <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />This was for informational purposes - no Council action necessary. <br />7.06: Request for Agenda Process Software <br />IT Manager Busch reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to authorize the purchase of the <br />AgendaQuick software with funding to come from the Equipment Replacement Fund in the <br />amount of $17,900. <br />Motion carried.
