CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, October 27, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Jack Corkle, Anoka County Sr. Transportation Planner <br />Jason Orcutt, Anoka County Engineering Supervisor <br />Andrew Witter, Anoka County Assistant County Engineer <br />Nancy McNabe, Casey's <br />Paul Wyman, Casey's <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:29 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Update on Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction 2011 <br />City Engineer Himmer introduced the County Representatives to update the Council on the <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstrrction. <br />Jason Orcutt, Anoka County Engineer Supervisor, presented the history of the project, the project <br />need, the proposed project, the project impacts, the local roadway traffic volumes, the project <br />funding, and the project schedule. <br />City Council Work Session /October 27, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
