FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The. Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Look called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:04 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Look, Councilmembers Wise and Elvig. Voting No: <br />None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Authorize Request for Proposals for Architectural and Construction <br />Management Services for Build Out of Lease Space in Municipal Center <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Wise stated he did not see why Anoka County would have an issue if the CAM <br />costs were actual costs. <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson responded it was the County's concern that there would be <br />Finance Committee /October 27, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
