3. LSA will prepare an RFP for Testing and Inspections according to the approved <br />Materials Control agreement with MnDOT, receive proposals, and make a <br />recommendation to the City to award. LSA will monitor results and work closely <br />with testing companies to ensure all federal aid certifications and tests and done <br />as required during the construction phase of the contract. <br />4. Upon final approval from MnDOT and City of Ramsey City Council approval, <br />LSA will prepare Final Contracts (in conjunction with the City's Attorney), <br />circulate for signatures and prepare a Notice to Proceed. <br />5. As part of the ongoing CA services, LSA will: <br />a. Review of shop drawings and respond to the General Contractor RFI's. <br />b. Special Inspections of all Post -Tensioned Concrete elements. <br />c. Attend construction progress meetings and conduct on -site observations <br />of the construction work for general conformance with the Contract <br />Documents. <br />d. Coordinate field observation by sub -consultants and prepare reports as <br />necessary. <br />e. Provide interpretation of the contract documents and prepare documents <br />for minor revisions to the plans. <br />f. Review contractor progress for payment applications, review certified <br />payrolls, daily reports, and field notes <br />g. Process Change Order/Supplemental Agreements requested by the <br />Owner or Contractor during construction. <br />h. Preliminary and Final Punch Lists and review of Contractors Certification <br />of Completed Final Punch List. <br />i. Provide Labor Compliance review <br />6. Project Closeout: LSA will: <br />j. Complete all necessary documentation contained in AIA Master Spec <br />SECTION's 017700 through 019113 relating to Project Closeout, Record <br />Documents, Demonstration and Testing and Commissioning. <br />k. Complete the required DCP and Federal Aid Project Closeout <br />requirements including Materials Control Exceptions. <br />I.
