Development Team Recommendation: <br />The Development Team recommends the HRA consider the taking this project on and <br />completing the development deal as proposed. The terms of the DM contract could be extended <br />to this parcel as contemplated in the agreement. If that process and the proposed deal structure is <br />acceptable to the HRA, direct the Development Team to complete contract documents and <br />present for approval at a future meeting. <br />Alternatively, if the HRA would prefer, we could present this deal to the EDA for their <br />consideration. <br />HRA Action: <br />Approve the extension of the DM contract terms to the parcel described above, and direct the <br />Development Team to prepare contract documents reflecting the summary deal structure for <br />consideration by the HRA. <br />Attachment: <br />1.
