40 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10 -10- <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #_ TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM R -1, R -2 and R -3 RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC /QUASI PUBLIC <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 117.49 (Zoning Amendments) and 117.122 (Public /Quasi Public District) of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That Columbo Limited Partnership (Legacy Christian Academy), hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from R -1, R -2 and R -3 <br />Residential to Public /Quasi Public District. <br />2. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 117.49 <br />(Zoning Amendments) of the Ramsey City Code on October 7, 2010 and said public <br />hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated by reference. <br />3. That the property or portions thereof proposed to be rezoned are legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HY -10 Ramsey 2 °a Addition; Anoka County, Minnesota, except that . <br />part thereof depicted as Parcel 2 on Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. <br />74, which was conveyed to the County of Anoka by Warranty Deed dated January 25, <br />2010, January 28,2010, as Document No. 2012921.002. <br />-And- <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-And- <br />Outlot A, Pine Shadows, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-And- <br />
