In general terms the City will be requesting 120' of right -of -way for Bunker Lake Blvd, and 80' of right -of -way <br />for Puma St. Drainage and utility easements must be 10' in width abutting dedicated right -of -way, 5' in width <br />along both side and rear lot lines, and encumber the 100 -year flood zone for all existing and proposed surface <br />waters. <br />Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan at the September 16, 2010 meeting and was generally <br />supportive of the project. They will be reviewing the plat, site plan, zoning amendment, and comprehensive <br />plan amendment at the October 7, 2010 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Staff has had several meetings with the Applicant regarding the extension of utilities, various City development <br />fees and possible joint use agreements regarding their facilities.
