We did find that the sight distance to the south is <br />limited. One suggestion to improve the safety of this location is to mitigate the factors which are limiting the sight <br />distance. The hill and curve at this location cannot be mitigated. However, during our field review, it appeared that <br />trees and brush on the property may be a factor in the limited sight distance to the south. We therefore recommend <br />that the property owner trim the trees and brush that may be obscuring the sight distance. <br />The City inquired about adding Hidden Driveway signs at this location. The use of Hidden Driveway signs have not been <br />found to improve safety at these types of locations, and we do not plan to install the Hidden Driveway sign at this time. <br />Thank you again for your comments.
