Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO <br />REORGANIZE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, there have been several recent changes to the staffing of the Administrative Services <br />department; and <br />WHEREAS, staff intends to remove the Human Resources Manager /Assistant Director of Administrative <br />Services position from the 2011 budget in favor of an internal staff promotion and a reassignment of <br />duties; and <br />WHEREAS, staff requests promoting the Interim Human Resources Representative to Human Resources <br />Representative at an hourly rate of $27.10 effective September 1, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, staff requests a reclassification for the Records Management Clerk to Deputy City Clerk an <br />hourly rate of $25.11 effective October 13, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, staff requests accepting the resignation of the Management Intern. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do <br />the following: <br />1. Authorize a title change for Colleen Lasher, the City's Interim Human Resources Representative <br />and her promotion to Human Resources Representative at step one of the wage scale which is <br />$27.10 per hour effective September 1, 2010 <br />2. Authorize a reclassification for Amy Died, the City's Records Management Clerk to Deputy City <br />Clerk at step six of the wage scale which is $25.11 per hour effective October 13, 2010 <br />3. Accept the resignation of Jessica Hendricks, the City's Management Intern. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12 <br />day of October, 2010. <br />
