Funding Source The funding for Ms. Lasher's promotion to Human Resources Representative and the reclassification of Ms. Died to Deputy City Clerk would come from the salary budgeted for the Human Resources Manager /Assistant Administrative Services Manger position and results in an approximate annual savings of $98,000. Personnel Committee Action Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt resolution # 10- 08 -XXX recommending that the City Council accept the following: 1. Authorize a title change for Colleen Lasher, the City's Interim Human Resources Representative and her promotion to Human Resources Representative at step one of the wage scale which is $27.10 per hour effective September 1, 2010 2. Authorize a reclassification for Amy Died, the City's Records Management Clerk to Deputy City Clerk at step six of the wage scale which is $25.11 per hour effective October 13, 2010 3.
