Preparation of Bid Package Prepare 100% proposal package including an Advertisement for Bid for County use in bidding. The estimated hours for this additional item is included in the attached Amended Project Fee Estimate under PROJECT MANAGEMENT Task 110. 121/122. Additional Utility Coordination Meeting Schedule, prepare for, and oversee one additional Utility Coordination Meeting to supplement the project's earlier Utility Coordination Meeting in January 2007. Prepare and distribute agendas, exhibits, and minutes for the meeting. The estimated hours for these additional items are included in the attached Amended Project Fee Estimate under PROJECT MANAGEMENT Tasks 121 and 122. B. Add the following under II.E - DETAIL DESIGN PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 10. Complete Detail Design Activities for 90% Submittal Additional time spent for the detail design of and the preparation of 90% plans for the project incorporating the new project limits. The fee for this additional item is included in the attached Amended Project Fee Estimate under DETAIL DESIGN 11. Additional Right -of -Way Platting Services Extend the scope of Right -of -Way Platting services from 13 parcels to 19 parcels. Additional services for these parcels include field locating, basemap drafting, and platting. The fee for this additional item is included in the attached Amended Project Fee Estimate under Subconsultant Expenses. 12. Incorporate 90% Comments and Complete Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimate The fee for this additional item is included in the attached Amended Project Fee Estimate under Subconsultant Expenses. C. Add the following under II.F - ASSUMPTIONS: 4. Design and right-of-way acquisition are to be based on the new project limits reflected in TKDA's 90% plan submitted 9-04-09. 5. Design is to be based on completed surveys. No additional surveys are requested or included. 6. The design of additional utility extensions or relocations is not included.
