The right company <br />January 8, 2010 <br />Mr. Brian Olson <br />Director of Public Works <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive Northwest <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />Re: Request for Additional Engineering Services Amendment No. 4 <br />CSAH 83 Reconstruction, Ramsey, Minnesota - C.P. 06-20 <br />TKDA Project No. 0013275.000 <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br />444 Cedar Street, Suite 1500 <br />Saint Paul, MN 55101 <br />(651) 292-4400 <br />(651) 292-0083 Fax <br />www.tkda.com <br />Pursuant to communications with Andy Witter at the Anoka County Highway Department, we <br />are providing this documentation for Additional Engineering Services for the referenced Project. <br />These Additional Services involve work necessary to revise the design to incorporate the revised <br />project limits requested by the City of Ramsey and Anoka County at our December 15, 2008, <br />meeting. <br />This Amendment No. 4, made and entered into as of the date formalized at the end of this <br />document, amends the original Agreement approved on December 8, 2004, as modified by <br />Amendment No. 1 approved on November 9, 2006, and by Amendment No. 2 approved on <br />January 24, 2007; as hereinafter stated. Amendment No. 3, dated and submitted on February 27, <br />2009, is hereby voided as it covered an interchange study that the City chose not to pursue. Our <br />Amended Project Fee Estimate showing the estimated additional hours and compensation is <br />attached. <br />I. Relative to SECTION II - SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA of the <br />Agreement, make the following additions: <br />A. Add the following items under II.A - PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <br />111/112. Additional Project Management Team/Design Meetings <br />Schedule, prepare for, and oversee two additional Project management <br />Team Meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas, exhibits, and minutes for <br />the meetings. <br />The estimated hours for these additional items are included in the attached <br />Amended Project Fee Estimate under PROJECT MANAGEMENT Tasks 111 and <br />112. <br />An Employee Owned Company Promoting Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity <br />
