Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for ks adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A V:tA:LIANCE TO BRADLEY <br />SPLEISS AT 16021 .IASP~a2R ST NW ~ER2¥IITTEES) TO SIDE YARD SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTL':R:LE AND DECLARING TERx¥IS <br />OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Spleiss (Permittee) has properly applied tbr a variance from <br />Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City, Code to construct an accessory structure within the side yard <br />setback on the property generally h-town as 16021 Jaspar St NW and legally described as <br />tbllows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,, Minnesota; thence on a bearing of south 89 <br />degrees, 29 minutes west a distance of 870.03 t'eet; thence on a bearing of south <br />parallel with the east line of said Southwest Qua~er a distance of 253.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continue on a bearing <br />or' south a distance of 263.00 feet; thence on a bearing of east a distance of 209.76 <br />feet; thence on a bearing of north a distance of 263.00 feet; thence on a bearing of <br />west a distance of 279.76 feet to the point of beginning. Along and together with the <br />r/ght to ingress and egress over the following described easements. A strip of land <br />33 feet in width lying east of and directly adjacent to the following descr/bed line: <br />Commencing 'at the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence on a bearing <br />of south 89 degrees, 29 minutes west along the north line thereof a distance of <br />870.03 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence on a.bearing <br />of south parallel to the east line of said Southwest Quarter to Anoka County Road <br />No. 56 and there terminating.
