This catch basin <br />discharges into a detention pond which is to be located on the City-owned land ro the south, which in tums <br />drains into an existing regional discharge pond which is already in place on this property,. <br /> <br />This drainage plan is acceptable to the City.. A pen-nit for this development will be required from the Lower <br />Rum River Water Management Organization. <br /> <br />Access: The site proposes one. access onto Azurite Street. The proposed access is acceptable. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City, has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the current rate <br />is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fort'y, One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The amount of <br />Stormwater Management Fee due on the 1.4-acre parcel is F_ive Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven <br />Dollars and Forty Cents (,$5,237.40). A cash payment will be required prior to the Ci~ issuing a Building <br />Permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The [LEU number tbr this development will be 4.3, based upon the imperwious area on the <br />site.
