23. Sidewalk Construction. The Permittee shall construct and pave, in accordance with CITY <br />standards, a four (4) foot wide concrete sidewalk with pedestrian ramps in locations <br />prescribed by the CITY as shown on the Plans and as amended by City Staff <br />Review,Consistent with current ADA standards. <br />24. Easements. The Permittee shall be responsible for drafting and recording a cross access <br />easement to benefit the remaining outlots as shown on the plans dated , by Bolton <br />and Menk. In addition, the Permittee shall be responsible for drafting and recording a <br />sidewalk easement as shown on the Plat dated , by Bolton and Menk. Said <br />easements shall be executed prior to the City releasing the Plat for recording and must be <br />recorded at the same time as the Plat. <br />25. Maintenance Agreement. The Permittee shall enter into a Maintenance Agreement for all <br />off -site improvements including, but not limited to, landscaping as well as for construction of <br />on -site stormwater management systems including, but not limited to, stormceptors and rain <br />gardens. This agreement shall be executed prior to the City releasing the Plat for recording <br />and must be recorded at the same time as the Plat. The Permittee agrees that no Building <br />'Permit will be issued until this agreement is executed. <br />26. Notices.
