He asked me to convey that it is <br />TKDA's position that payment for services already provided is necessary before TKDA expends <br />any more work on the project, whether that work involves design and engineering tasks or <br />preparing a revised Scope of Services. <br />To facilitate this, I am enclosing a revised fee estimate sheet, similar to the one we reviewed with <br />the City and County at our March 9, 2010, meeting, with only the line items included for work <br />that has already been completed (Task numbers 100 and 500).
