This is the
result of adding the public street provision which will accommodate on street parking and address some
of the overflow parking concerns.

Finally, the building separation of townl~omes and apartments was increased from 15 feet to 40 feet to
address decks and other open space/recreation issues.

To fulfill the public notice requirements for the proposed text and map amendments, a mailer was sent to
all residential properties in Ramsey. Included were highlights of text sections and a proposed residential
district zoning map. The Planning Commission made no revisions to the map at the public hearmg.

Public input received at the Planning Commission meeting and is pro.vided in the meeting minutes.
Highlights of those comments include wanting more restrictive tree preservation regulations, a more
prescriptive sprinkling standard determined by soil type, and an increased design standards tbr road
weight limits.

If there are any questions regarding the proposed amendments prior to Tuesday night's meeting, pleas.e
contact Staff at City Hall.
