Enclosed are the Performance <br />Agreements and Plats that were done for Pondvale Estates and Pondvale <br />Estates Second Addition. <br /> <br />My husband and I purchased Lots 1, 2, and 3 Block 3 Pondvale Estates Second <br />Addition in 1989. We are not aware of any changes that have been made <br />regarding the platting. <br /> <br />According to the notice regarding the public hearings our property is inside the <br />R-1 District - MUSA (inside the MUSA). t believe this is the way our property was <br />zoned when we purchased it in 1989 and we would like the current zoning to <br />remain in place. <br /> <br />We have been waiting for the public improvements of water and sewer to be <br />extended past our properties and would be in favor of this project subject to <br />review of a feasibility study. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Ellen Stanley <br />(763) 422-8117 <br /> <br /> <br />
