REPEAL <br /> <br />Section 9.20.11 "R-iR Residential District", Section 9.20.12, "R-1U Residential District", <br />Section 9.20.13 "R-2U Residential District", Section 9.20.14 "R-3U Residential District", <br />Section 9.20.15, "5/Itl. Multiple Residential District", and Section 9.20.31 "Planned Unit <br />Development". shall be repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.11 "R-IR Residential District" shall be replaced with the following te~: <br /> <br />9.20.11 <br /> <br />R-1 ReSidential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision. 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate single family <br />dwelling units on suitable land in the 2020 Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA), rural <br />developing, central rural reserve area, and rural preserve are. as of the Cky 'ofRamsey. All newly <br />created lots, except the remnant of the original parcel not less than 5 acres in size and located <br />within the 2020 M-USA, shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. All developing <br />properties located within the rural preserve, rural developing and central rural preserve areas <br />shall be served with on-site septic and well. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />a. Single Family detached dwellings <br />b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl within the M-USA <br /> boundary unless compliance with City Code Chapter 5 (Animals and Fowl) can be <br /> maintained. <br /> c.
